Rewards and Bonus Time/Date Info

This section will break down how dates and schedule works when it comes to our weekly bonus and rewards payout.

Nutrisail's Calendar Bonus Week

Nutrisail bonuses and rewards are calculated and paid out week-to-week. Our bonus week runs every Thursday to the following Wednesday. This means that when we officially calculate and close commissions for each week, this is the schedule that our software uses to process rewards and bonuses for that week.

Each Bonus Week Starts:

Every Thursday
at 12:00 AM PST

Each Bonus Week Ends:

Every Wednesday
at 11:59 PM PST

Note: Our servers run on Pacific Standard Time. This is to ensure that everyone has at least until midnight to place an order if needed.

Close Week and Pay Bonuses

Bonuses are officially calculated and paid out a week in arrears. This ensures that we have time—if needed—to test run and fix any errors for any given week once the week ends.

Running and Closing the Week

The bonus week in our example is identified with the color blue. It starts on Thursday, the 2nd, and ends on Wednesday, the 8th. This week would officially run and close on the following Thursday, the 16th. Any Referral Rewards earned by Brand Fans (or inactive Brand Pros) will be credited to their Rewards Balance as soon as the commission run is completed and approved.

Paying Bonuses

Every Friday, the day after we officially run and close a bonus week, we pay that week's bonuses through our third-party commission distribution service, PayQuicker. Notice in our example that the bonuses that will pay out through Payquicker on Friday the 17th are the bonuses that were earned by Brand Pros for the week of the 2nd through the 8th—a week in arrears.

Taking a look at the following week

This graphic simply illustrates the bonus week schedule for the week after the bonus week described in the previous example. This week that starts on Thursday the 9th and ends on Wednesday the 15th will officially run and close and credit Referral Rewards on Thursday the 23rd and payout bonuses for the closed week through PayQuicker on Friday the 24th.

Active Status and how the 35 Days Works

Whenever you place a Lifestyle order, you have an Active status for 35 days. Here's a few important things to note when it comes to being active:

  • The day you place your order is Day 1 of the 35 days. Day 1 doesn't start the day after you place your order. This technically means that you have 34 days after you place your order to place another Lifestyle order to stay active.

  • Because we allow for a 35 day active period instead of a 30 day period like most companies, the active period expiration time will be strictly enforced. This is why we provide optional autoship, so that you can set it and forget it. Autoship is—and never will be—required but there is definitely an advantage to using autoship to make sure that you don't ever go inactive.

  • Time Zones Matter! Especially people in the Pacific time zone, be sure that you get any necessary qualifying orders placed before midnight of the day that requires an order. Likewise, if you're waiting until just after midnight to get your order in on the next day—but you live in Florida—remember that our software runs on Pacific Standard Time.
