Adjusted Bonus Values
What are Adjusted Bonus Values?
Whenever a customer uses any form of product credit when placing an order, that discount rate is applied to the bonus values of the order. For example, if someone is ordering a B-START combo for 99.95 and they are using a product credit of 49.95, that will result in (approx.) 50% off. The Bonus Values for a B-START combo are PV = 99.95 and BV = 59.97. That same rate of discount (~50%) is also applied to the Bonus Values before commissions are paid out. So if a 50% product credit were used on a B-START combo, the Adjusted Bonus Values would be PV = 49.99 and BV = 29.99.
What is the Bonus Subtotal?
Only products with Bonus Values are used to determine referral bonuses and two-team bonuses. Not everything sold by Nutrisail has bonus values. For example, any brochures, business cards, apparel or other promo items, do not have PV or BV values and are always omitted by our bonus software when determining commissions. If a user orders a 60ct bottle of B-LITE and two women’s shirt that are 24.95 each, they will have a subtotal of 109.85 (before any discounts). However, they will only have a Bonus Subtotal of 59.95 because the two women’s shirts are not commissionable and do not have any bonus values.
