Commissionable Product

Products that are considered when determining referral rewards or referral cash bonuses. Specifically, these are our nutritional supplements that make up our featured product line. We also offer marketing tools, fun promo items and apparel and some other things, but these items are not commissionable and will not be included in the subtotal of an order we use to calculate rewards and bonuses.

Adjusted Commissionable Value

This is the subtotal of all commissionable products in an order that is adjusted relative to any product credits or discounts that were applied to the order when it was made. i.e. if an order costs $100 and has a commissionable subtotal of 100, but a $50 credit was used on the order, the commissionable subtotal will be reduced by the same discount-to-subtotal ratio. In this case it’s 50%, so the Adjusted Bonus Value would be the commissionable subtotal X 50%.

Personal Volume (PV)

Personal Volume (PV) is the value assigned to each commissionable product or product combo that is used to calculate Referral Rewards and Affiliate Referral Bonuses. This value also determines the commissionable subtotal of an order as well as monthly personal ordering requirements for Brand Pros. Note: While a comm. subtotal of an order may be adjusted when product credits are used, the pre-adjusted value will be used when determining personal ordering requirements.

Binary Volume

Binary Volume (BV) is a secondary value assigned to each commissionable product or product combo that is used to calculate Two-Team Bonuses. This value is always 60% of the PV value of a product or product combo.

Matching BV

The amount calculated at the end of each bonus week that determines Two-Team bonuses. At the end of the each bonus week, the team with the lesser BV total will reset to 0 and the amount that was reset will also be deducted from the other team with the higher total. The total of these two amounts is your Matching BV.

Carryover

In the Two-Team Bonus system, the BV total on either the left or right team will always reset to zero. The other team will usually have BV left over once matching BV is deducted to determine Two-Team Bonuses. This leftover BV total will ‘carry over’ into the next week to be used again when needed.

Line of Referral

Line of Referral is any geneaology, no matter how deep, that ultimately leads back to you when following referral history. For example, if Bob sponsors Sue and Sue sponsors Steve and Steve sponsors Mary and Mary sponsors Sally, Sally would be in Bob’s Line of Referral. But if Bob then sponsors Jan, who is placed underneath Sally in her outside team in the Two-Team tree, Jan will be in Bob’s Line of Referral but Jan will not be in Sally’s Line of Referral. While Sally will benefit in the Two-Team bonus plan from any orders Jan places, Sally will not earn any Affiliate Referral bonuses from Jan. It is common in the Two-Team tree, you may have someone placed in your outside team that was referred by someone above you. While any BV from personal orders they place will count towards your Team Total, they are not in your line of referral.

Lifestyle Order

This is any order of $99 or more. When shopping online or checking out, you will always see a visual indicator on whether or not an order is a Lifestyle Order or not.

(Lifestyle) Active

Being active means that you have placed a personal order in the last 35 days of $99* or more. This counts towards Lifestyle Loyalty Rewards for Brand Fans and Brand Pros and meets the active requirements for Brand Pros to be eligible to earn cash bonuses in our Brand Pro Bonus Plan. *This amount does not include non-commissionable items in an order

Referral Rewards

Referral Rewards are product credit given to Brand Fans (and inactive Brand Pros) when they refer an order. Referral Rewards can be used at your discretion when placing an order, though each reward amount will expire in 180 days. The maximum amount of unused Referral Rewards that can be accumulated is 250.
