To reset your password, please visit your login page and select the “Forgot your password?” link. Next, enter your email address listed on your account. We will email you a "Reset Password" Link. Some email providers classify our emails as junk, please check your junk / spam folder if you didn’t receive your email in your regular inbox.
In order to make any changes to the payment method, login to your back office, click on Settings > Billing > Next select the “Add New Profile” to add your new payment method, and then follow the prompts on the next page. Be sure the billing address matches what your financial institution has on file to ensure there are no delays in processing future orders. If your current payment method is attached to an Auto-ship, the system will not allow you to delete it until you’ve selected a new "default" payment method.
You can send us an email to support@nutrisail.com and ask us to either remove/add you to marketing emails. Please note, you will still receive email notifications of delivery, orders and tracking numbers regardless of your opt in/out status.
Login to your backoffice, click on Your name > My Orders > Order history. You can choose to view orders, invoices and tracking numbers on here as well.

Troubleshooting

The most common causes for credit card processing failure are billing address mismatch and the CVV not being correct. Our payment processor requires that the billing address you provide matches what your bank has on file. In addition, you will need to add your name as it appears on the credit card.
This means that your email is already being used in the system. It is possible that you are already the holder of a complimentary Nutrisail Brand Fan account. Please send a support ticket to support@nutrisail.com that states your dilemma and include the email in question. You may also call Customer Care at (817) 500-0083, and check it out with them.

Ordering

All Nutrisail products are sold online and purchased from several replicated Nutrisail web sites. Because Nutrisail is very big on rewarding people for their referrals, you would simply go to the website provided by the person who told you about Nutrisail products.
It’s very easy to place an order. Always log in to your BackOffice for best prices. Select the 'Shop' button on the home page, you will be directed to our storefront page where you can begin ordering products.
Nutrisail accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept pre-paid debit cards, if the account is registered to a billing address. You can also submit payment with your Nutrisail PayQuicker Card.

You can have your order sent Standard Shipping with USPS or if you need it a little quicker, you can upgrade to Priority mail at checkout.
Standard Shipping 5-7 Business Days and Priority Shipping 3-4 Business Days
Qualified Lifestyle orders receive free Standard Shipping and can upgrade to Priority Shipping for $4. Regular orders are shipped based on location and weight. You can decide at checkout if you want to change shipping methods.
Currently we have do not have local product pickup.
Once your order is placed and prepared for shipping, Nutrisail will upload the tracking information to your order invoice, located in the Account > Order History. Clicking the tracking link will allow you to check the status of your order.
While we do not offer overnight shipping option while ordering online, if you need product NOW for any reason, simply call customer service and place your order telling them you would like overnight shipping. At that time they can tell you costs and expected delivery time.

After receiving the authorization to return the item via email or phone, we ask that you ship the products back to the address provided to you within seven days using a carrier that will provide you with tracking and insurance. If eligible for a refund, Nutrisail will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned by our distribution center. Please check with your bank or financial institution for additional posting timeframes. Shipping and membership fees are non-refundable, and any business or personal volume associated with the products are deducted once the refund is issued. Autoship

Nutrisail Auto-ship is a feature in your back-office portal that allows you to set up a custom order that will process and ship each month on the day of the month that you choose, using your default shipping address and default payment method.
Automatic order is never required and is available purely for your convenience. Some Brand Pros utilize it as a "set-it-and-forget it" tool to ensure that they always remain active. Brand Fans use it sometimes because they just do not want to run out of the products that make them feel so good. Either way, you may enable and disable automatic order through your back office at your convenience. If you need assistance, customer service is standing by.
Absolutely not. This feature is a service for you to use only when you prefer to have an order automatically ship on the day each month that you choose.
After logging into your back-office, click on MY ORDERS from the left menu, then click on Autoship. Scroll down to My Autoship Cart to delete not needed items from your Autoship. Products can be added to autoship directly from the store. Just click the ADD TO AUTOSHIP button instead of the ADD TO CART button.
Login to your Backoffice, click on Settings > Billing. If you want to change your payment method, simply click the “Set Default” and this will update your Autoship to that Stored Payment Method. If the payment method you want to use is not on file, you can add it at this time. Autoship will process with the payment method you have selected as 'Default'
Login to your Backoffice, click on my orders, then click autoship. Go to where it says 'Shipping Address Set' and click Edit. From here you can click on the address field and choose from one you have saved. If you need to add an address click Shipping Profiles > Add New Profile, follow the steps, click Create New Profile to save. Once you create your new profile you can then click 'Go to Autoship' to select that address.
Any time you want 24/7. Simply login to your BackOffice, click on My Orders, click Autoship, click Configure your autoship and then click on the Enable autoship slider. If it lights up it has been enabled, if it is grayed out it has been disabled. Be sure to click "Save Autoship Settings" before leaving the page.

Case Ordering/AR

Quantity pricing is available to our professionals and to our Brand Pros. We refer to this as our Authorized Retailer Pricing. If you have applied and been accepted as a Brand Pro, you will find the quantity pricing in your back office.
Every product package, including our case (quantity) pricing has an assigned PV for Referral Affiliate pay and BV for Binary Volume. Depending on where the AR order falls and who made the purchase will determine how much you may earn on the order.
They are the only product packages that do not count as a Lifestyle order. To keep the quantity pricing so that the Retailer can double their investment, The AR orders will not be included as a Lifestyle order at this time.
